The Ukeles

The UkelesThe Ukeles formed in late 2008 by White Light band mates James Clark and Simon Figliuzzi, after both found a mutual love of the Beatles and the ukulele. What started as a fun, musical past time while having a beer on a Friday night soon moved to the runaway success it has become. After a moderately popular You Tube video of the boys performing the Herb Alpert "..Spanish Flea..", the Ukeles quickly became a pleasant alternative in the Sydney music scene hooking up with the famous underground Lava Rooms and  supporting The Specials (UK) on there last Australian Tour. There is no musical boundries for The Ukeles, they will attack any style of music and morph it into there own unique brand of uketastic pleasurey for the ears.
