Be a part of #MUF2020

Volunteers are integral to the running of the Festival and in contributing a few hours of your time, you become part of the community that enables this Festival to happen.

#MUF2020 is seeking enthusiastic and passionate humans who are infatuated with the ukulele and are willing to lend us a hand as a volunteer!

Volunteers really bring the festival to life, and with so many roles that need filling, why not apply? You don’t need to have experience or special skills (though we’d love to know if you do). Really, we just need your willingness and excitement to be involved!

In return you’ll meet some amazing new people, get to check out our fascinating events, as well as having an inner-festival experience! Some of our previous volunteers have even returned as artists!

We would be asking volunteers to commit to at least 3 hours as a minimum and if wanting to do more, even better.

Please email melbukefest@gmail.com with availability and any strengths - eg RSA, emcee interest, strong arms, good at administration etc and we can go from there!

Volunteer Benefits

For only 3 hours of your time you will receive a MUF Saturday pass to enjoy – this will give you full access to all venues – Chalice, Bar 303, Open Studio, Wesley Anne.

MUF acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which our festival is being held.

Our festival photos are mainly photographed by Nick Pitsas - unless otherwise credited.
